Fixes

• The list style didn't build - fixed
• Footer font not set in css correctly - fixed
• Recursion page link font not set in css correctly - fixed
• Some context help pages did not display - fixed
• The edit window toolbar became disconnected if the editor was floated - fixed
• The footer could flow to the right of the content that is supposed to be above it - fixed.

Change

•  The up-down (spin) controls in the properties dialog have been enlarged and spaced farther apart for ease of used.
• The units used to enter the time for slide show transition and duration has been changed from seconds to 1/10 seconds.
