Slide Show caption and annotation now supports formatted text. Formally only the respective default fonts were used to render the text.

Fix

When setting the image page annotation font, the caption font display was inadvertently also changed. (The actual caption font setting was unchanged and the generated exhibit had the correct caption font).

If a hit counter is included in the footer of a slide show, it was not placed on a new line after footer text.

When opening an exhibit project when Quixhibit was previously closed with the caption/annotation edit window floating, the second project file in the recently opened list was loaded after the first.

The Cancel button in the Build Progress dialog was not working.

The host link allowed use of a backslash that isn't browser independent. It failed in Firefox. Now, any backslash used in the host link URL is replaced with a forward slash when an exhibit is generated.
