When text containing a hyperlink is set to default, it lost the hyperlink blue, underlined text attribute. This has been changed so that setting text to default attributes restores the hyperlink text attribute.

Since the text attribute for hyperlinks can be manually changed resulting in the visual cue to identify them being lost, this is useful to restore that visual cue.

To change a hyperlink it had to be removed and re-added. Now hyperlinks can be edited.

Fix

In some rare cases, the HTML help ocx could not be located.  A different scheme is now used which should consistently find the file.
