Some changes made to maximize and restore actions on the main window to make it more smooth
Fix - The image page maximum height was not enforced if after enforcing the maximum width, the image height was still too great.
Fix - If building only one image, the initial html page was lost so that a full HTML build was needed.
Fix - If building only one image, the progress reported 1 of 0.
