Folder Page
A new generated HTML page is added to display and link sub-folders of images. Quixhibit now considers folders as either containing images or sub-folders with images but not both. This provides with better exhibit organization and presentation.

In addition, some other minor improvements to HTML generation were made.
A link to www.Quixhibit.com is optional on the first page of exhibits. This feature is enabled / disabled in the Tools | Options menu.
Some minor changes to the properties dialog layout.
A problem with deleting images was fixed.
