Issue:
The background color of the caption and annotation edit boxes did not reset to default background color when a project was closed.

Fix:
 Background now reset to default.

Issue:
If  the properties dialog is opened when no project is open and OK is pressed, there was no response in the main window because no project was open.

Fix:
If  the properties dialog is opened when no project is open and OK is pressed, a new project is created.
